SANE Studio (“SANE,” “we,” “us”) runs this app so you can book classes, manage your passes, and buy memberships. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run your account.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name and email address, which you provide when you create an account.
- Bookings and passes — the classes you book, your attendance, and the passes or memberships you hold.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer reference and your purchase history, but we never see or store your full card number.
- Notifications — if you turn on notifications, we store a device push token so we can tell you when a waitlisted seat opens up. You can turn this off at any time.
- Basic usage data — privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (such as page views) that help us understand how the app is used. This does not build an advertising profile of you.
How we use your information
We use your information to create and secure your account, take and manage your bookings, process payments, send you transactional messages about your bookings and waitlist (by email and, if you opt in, push notification), respond to your questions, and keep the service working and safe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the app work: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database and sign-in), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each processes your data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your account page (Account → Delete my account). When you do, we remove or anonymize your personal information — your name and email. We keep de-identified booking and payment records where we are required to for accounting, tax, and legal purposes; those records can no longer be traced back to you.
Your choices
You can view and update your account details, turn notifications on or off, and delete your account — all from within the app. If you have a question about your data or want to exercise a privacy right, email us and we'll help.
Children
The app is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
