These terms govern your use of the SANE Studio app to book classes, buy passes and memberships, and manage your account. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for activity that happens under it. Sign in is by a one-time code sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure. You must be at least 18 to hold an account.
Bookings, passes, and cancellations
Booking a class reserves a spot and, where applicable, uses a credit from your pass or membership. Bookings and cancellations are subject to the studio's current policy, including any cancellation window and late-cancel or no-show rules, which are shown at the time you book. Class times and availability can change.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Passes and memberships are charged at the price shown at checkout. Recurring memberships renew automatically until you cancel; you can manage or cancel a membership from your account. Refunds follow the studio's policy and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Please use the app only for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and don't use it to break the law or infringe others' rights.
Health and safety
Fitness activities carry inherent risk. You're responsible for exercising within your own ability and for following the studio's guidance. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SANE Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't be limited under applicable law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; if we make a material change we'll update the date above. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service. You can close your account at any time from your account page.
